Muskegon Lumberjacks

Andrea Rose enters her sixth season as President of Business Operations for the Muskegon Lumberjacks in 2026-27 and her ninth overall season with the organization.
 
A Muskegon native, Rose has been instrumental in the growth of the Lumberjacks both on and off the ice. Since being named Interim President in 2021 and officially assuming the role later that year, she has helped guide the organization through one of the most successful periods in franchise history. Her leadership has strengthened the club's connection to the community while driving record-setting growth in ticket sales, corporate partnerships, fan engagement, and game-day operations.
 
Rose became the first woman to serve as the head of the Lumberjacks organization, adding another milestone to a career that has seen her rise through the front office after originally joining the team as Director of Ticket Sales. She later served as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and Vice President of Sales before being promoted to President of Business Operations.
 
Throughout her tenure, Rose has overseen several transformative moments for the franchise, including navigating the organization's ownership transition in 2023 and leading the $4.5 million renovation of Trinity Health Arena in 2024. Under her leadership, the Lumberjacks have enjoyed unprecedented business success while supporting the team's back-to-back Clark Cup Final appearances and 2025 Clark Cup Championship, creating one of the premier game-day experiences in the USHL.
 
Her impact on the organization and the Muskegon community has earned recognition. In 2024, Rose was named the USHL Dave Tyler Executive of the Year and was recognized as a finalist for the 2025 ATHENA Young Professional Award for her leadership and community involvement.
 
Born and raised in Muskegon, Rose graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2010 with a degree in Sport Administration and Management. She remains actively involved in the local community through the Muskegon Chamber of Commerce.
 
Rose resides in Muskegon with her husband, Jeff, and their four children.
