Staff Roster

The USHL and Muskegon Lumberjacks follow US Hockey’s Youth/Junior Affiliated Players Program. The program benefits players and Tier I/II American Junior Hockey Organizations by having the ability to play games as an affiliate player during the season.

An affiliate player is a 16, 17 or 18 year old player usually drafted or tendered by the Junior organization. A USHL team can use up to 18 affiliate players during a single season.

Affiliate players are not on the official protected roster for the Junior team, but can play in a maximum of 6 games per season with the ability to play more under certain conditions.
