The 2024-2025 season marks the second in Eddie Duffy's tenure with the Lumberjacks as the team's Head Equipment Manager.
A 2018 graduate of Nichols College in Dudley, MA, Duffy worked as the Men's Hockey equipment manager under then head coach of the Bisons Parker Burgess. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Sports Management Duffy transitioned into a part time role with the Elmira College Athletic Department as the Director of Hockey Operations for both the Eagles Men's and Women's Hockey teams ahead of the 2021 season.
In 2022 Duffy moved to full time and added a role as an Admissions Counselor for the school. With ties in both the Athletic and Admissions offices Duffy was the Athletics Liason and assisted coaches in the recruitment process.
Now a member of the Lumberjacks Staff Duffy reconnects with coach Burgess and Jack's Assistant Coach Adam Morrison who played hockey at Nichols from 2015-2019.
