Biography

Berzkalns become the 14th tender signing in Lumberjacks history during the 2023-2024 season after signing out of the Bishop Kearney Selects program in upstate New York. Originally from Cesis, Latvia, Berzklans makes the jump to Junior Hockey and the USHL for the first time with the Lumberjacks in 2024-2025. Ahead of the season he announced his commitment to play NCAA DI Hockey at Boston College in the Hockey East Conference.
