Biography

The Lumberjacks drafted Galanek in the 2022 USHL Phase I Draft. Now entering his second season of Junior hockey Galanek is committed to play collegiate hockey for UMass Amherst in the Hockey East Conference. Born in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, Galanek played youth hockey for Shattuck St. Mary’s prior to being drafted by the Lumberjacks. Entering 2024-2025 Galanek has played in 57 USHL games with a, 11-12-23 stat line.

Jack is the son of April and John, and has a sister Samantha.
