Muskegon Lumberjacks

After appearing in 12 games as an affiliate skater in 2024-25, Nick Koering joined the Lumberjacks full roster in the 2025-26 season. A native of Eden Prairie, MN, Koering spent each of the past three seasons playing Minnesota High School Hockey for his hometown. In 71 USHS-MN games, Koering recorded 34 points on 4 goals and 30 assists.

The son of Adam and Heather Koering, Nick has a sister, Josie, and brother, Ryan, who played for the Lumberjacks in the 2023-24 season before moving to Colorado College in the NCHC.

Nick is committed to play NCAA Division I College Hockey alongside his brother at Colorado College in the National Collegiate Hockey Conference.
